With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Jose Aguirre brings extensive knowledge across commercial, industrial, retail, institutional and complex concrete construction projects throughout Southern California.
Before founding Centennial, Jose spent approximately eight years working with established construction companies in Southern California. Those years provided valuable experience in demanding construction environments and helped shape his understanding of estimating, field operations, project coordination, cost control and the importance of delivering on commitments.
Always driven by the pursuit of new personal and professional challenges, Jose founded Centennial Concrete Design in 2008 with the vision of building a company under his own name, values and standards. He saw an opportunity to improve estimating, communication with General Contractors, quality, accountability and the treatment of employees – while leaving a lasting mark on the construction industry.
Today, Jose remains actively involved in Centennial’s estimating, operations, client relationships and strategic direction.
With more than 20 years of construction experience, Theodore Ovrid brings hands-on field knowledge, operational discipline and a relentless commitment to getting the work done right.
Together with Jose Aguirre, Theodore co-founded Centennial Concrete Design around a shared vision: build a successful construction company that creates opportunity not only for its founders, but also for the employees and families who contribute to its success.
Theodore leads field operations and plays a critical role in project planning, manpower coordination, schedule management, constructability, safety, quality control and day-to-day execution. His leadership style is grounded in understanding the work, anticipating problems, supporting crews and delivering on commitments.
