This notice applies to our business SMS communications with employees, applicants and business contacts. It explains how we handle information related to work assignments, availability, employee application follow-up, project coordination and pending documentation.

For these communications, we collect names, mobile phone numbers, relevant business or employment contact information, text-message content, and records of consent, withdrawal of consent and messaging preferences. Messaging systems may also process timestamps, delivery information and other service-related technical records.

We use this information to communicate about work and projects, respond to requests, coordinate administrative follow-up, manage SMS preferences, maintain consent records and operate our messaging service.
Sharing and SMS consent
We do not sell SMS contact lists. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. RingCentral and telecommunications service providers may process contact details, messages and messaging preferences as necessary to provide and deliver our SMS service. They are not authorized by Centennial Concrete to use SMS consent for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Choices and retention
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. We retain contact details and messaging records only as reasonably necessary for the communication purposes described here, recordkeeping obligations and resolution of disputes. We retain the information needed to honor opt-out requests. You may contact us to request correction of contact details or ask about access or deletion; requests are handled subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Protecting sensitive documents
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account details, identification documents or other sensitive records by SMS. Contact our office for the designated secure method for submitting these documents. We limit access to messaging information to people who need it for company duties, but no electronic communication system can be guaranteed completely secure.
