Challenge
Fast-track schedule with strict deadlines, requiring coordination with multiple trades
including grading, masonry, and underground utilities.

Solution
Our team implemented a phased execution approach while maintaining constant
communication with the general contractor and all involved trades.
We supported site preparation eVorts by coordinating with the GC on the over-excavation
of approximately 27,000 SF, followed by recompaction to 90% relative compaction, and
the export of approximately 1,200 tons of soil.
In addition, we worked closely with the masonry subcontractor to ensure proper
sequencing and alignment with the overall project schedule, minimizing potential conflicts
and delays.

Result
The project was completed on schedule with high-quality execution, meeting all client
expectations and allowing the overall development to move forward without delays.
