Challenge
Fast-track construction schedule with strict opening deadlines for a drive-thru-only
restaurant.
The project included over 9,000 SF of 6-inch concrete for a dual-lane drive-thru, along
with more than 7,000 SF of exterior concrete seating areas. In addition, multiple footings
were required for canopy structures at the drive-thru and exterior patio areas.
Precise coordination between multiple trades was essential to ensure timely completion
and proper sequencing of work.

Solution
Our team maintained constant communication with the general contractor and all trades,
ensuring eVicient coordination and timely decision-making throughout every phase of the
project.
We placed strong emphasis on layout accuracy, slab preparation, and exterior elevations,
ensuring full compliance with ADA requirements. Our team executed the work to meet the
high standards required for retail construction, particularly in high-traVic and customerfacing areas.

Result
The project was successfully completed on schedule, meeting all quality and performance
expectations, and supporting the client’s required opening timeline.
